Vendors in Chiang Mai have donated over 60,000 baht to Support Hatyai Hospital’s Flood Recovery Efforts

At Chiang Mai Municipality Hall, vendors from the Chiang Mai Sunday Walking Street, together with the Walking Street Committee and Chiang Mai Municipality, united in a charitable effort to support Hatyai Hospital, which suffered significant damage from recent severe flooding.

On Sunday, vendors collectively raised 63,595 baht, which has been transferred via Krungthai Bank directly to Hatyai Hospital’s official account to aid in the hospital’s restoration and recovery.

In addition to monetary donations, the group also gathered a substantial amount of essential goods and basic necessities. These items have been coordinated through the Chiang Mai Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office (DDPM) to be delivered to affected communities in the flood-hit areas.
