The meeting concluded that the royal rainmakers will shoot 500 units of silver iodide (AgI) into the storm clouds to help rain fall before hailstones can be formed.

Two alpha jets will be provided by the Air Force to collect data on the status of hailstorm clouds, named the TITAL program, based in Omkoi.

The silver iodide seeding will take place in 15 provinces; Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Nan, Phayao, Phrae, Mae Hong Son, Lampang, Lamphun, Uttaradit, Tak, Phitsanulok, Sukhothai, Phetchabun, Phichit, and Kamphaeng Phet.

The program will begin on March 21 to May 29.
