Ornsirin Holding Public Company Limited, a leading property developer in Chiang Mai and the region, has partnered with Tesla Thailand to open a new Supercharger and Destination Charger station at The Backyard Mahidol, expanding charging options for Tesla owners in Chiang Mai and surrounding areas.

The new charging station is designed to support both everyday use and longer-distance travel, while allowing Tesla owners to make use of The Backyard Mahidol’s lifestyle facilities while their vehicles are charging.

The collaboration brings together Tesla Thailand, Ornsirin and The Backyard Mahidol to create a convenient charging destination where drivers can relax, work, dine or enjoy a coffee during their visit.

The station features a total of six charging points, comprising four Superchargers and two Destination Chargers.

The four Superchargers support charging speeds of up to 250 kW. Under test conditions using a Model 3, a 15-minute charge can add up to approximately 308 kilometres of driving range, although actual charging speed and range may vary depending on vehicle model, battery condition and driving behaviour.

The two Destination Chargers are designed for drivers who expect to spend several hours at the property, making them suitable for charging while dining, working or relaxing at The Backyard Mahidol.

Developed by Ornsirin, The Backyard Mahidol is positioned as a premium lifestyle destination combining contemporary facilities and technology with natural surroundings. The project is open daily to Tesla owners and the general public.

To mark the launch, Tesla owners can enjoy free charging on 27–28 August 2026.

Members of the Tesla Owners Club can also receive additional privileges within the project, including a buy-one-get-one-free offer on Wawee Coffee drinks at The Backyard Mahidol.

The coffee promotion is limited to one privilege per vehicle registration number per month and is available to the first 50 eligible customers each month.

The opening forms part of Ornsirin’s wider commitment to supporting sustainable lifestyles and the growing adoption of electric mobility in Chiang Mai.
