Mercure Chiang Mai has introduced a revamped breakfast buffet under a new Sourdough Month campaign, priced at 199 baht net per person and available daily from 6.30am to 10.30am.
The centrepiece of the promotion is a Sourdough Station, where freshly baked sourdough is served alongside a DIY topping bar including cheese, bacon, eggs, avocado, fresh vegetables and a range of sauces, allowing guests to build their own combinations.
The buffet also includes an Egg Station with dishes cooked to order, a salad bar with fresh vegetables and fruit, a DIY waffle station, Thai and international dishes, and a selection of cereal, yoghurt, bakery items and hot and cold drinks.
