The contestants of Miss Thailand 2020 had a small mishap on the morning of the 7th December at Pang Pao Beach restaurant when a bridge collapsed under them.
The contestants were enjoying various activities while under quarantine together in Chiang Mai, Lamphun and Lampang prior to the finals of the competition tomorrow at the Chiang Mai International Convention Centre when the incident happened.
The 30 contestants were on their way to the resort’s ‘beach’, crossing a 20 metre suspension bridge as their photos were being taken by the media, when the bridge collapsed.
Three contestants were taken to hospital for minor injuries such as scratches and bruises.
