MR Sukhumbhand Paribatra, Governor of Bangkok until he was removed in 2014, was involved in a car accident here in Chiang Mai on the 14th August.
Initially he was rushed to Chiang Mai Ram hospital but has now been transferred to Maharaj hospital where he remains in ICU.
It is reported that he was driving back to Chiang Mai from his property in Doi Lor.
