The Tourism Authority of Thailand, Chiang Mai Office, in collaboration with MAYA Lifestyle Shopping Center, invites the public to experience “LANNA HAUTE COUTURE – When the Streets Become Couture,” a spectacular fashion event that will transform Chiang Mai’s city streets into a contemporary runway.
Held under the “Feel ALL the Feelings @ Chiang Mai” campaign, the event will showcase the beauty of traditional Lanna textiles through modern fashion and creative design. A pedestrian crossing at the busy Rincome Intersection will be turned into a vibrant outdoor catwalk, presenting Chiang Mai’s distinctive craftsmanship and cultural identity in a fresh and contemporary form.
The event aims to offer visitors more than a typical sightseeing experience, inviting them to fully immerse themselves in the sights, sounds, atmosphere and creative energy of Chiang Mai.
LANNA HAUTE COUTURE – When the Streets Become Couture will take place on Saturday, 8th August 2026, from 5.30 p.m. onwards, at MAYA Square in front of MAYA Lifestyle Shopping Center and Rincome Intersection, in the heart of Chiang Mai.
