The College of Arts, Media and Technology, Chiang Mai University, advances its relationship with the digital industry sector by organizing the cooperative education partnership networking event “CAMT Partnership Networking” 2nd edition. The event was held on September 26, 2025, at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park.
With executives and staff from over 30 leading partner companies participating to exchange perspectives and expand collaboration in developing human resources to meet the demands of the rapidly changing digital world.
Asst. Prof. Worawit Janchai, Ph.D., Dean of the College of Arts, Media and Technology, spoke about today’s event, stating that in the digital world advancing at rapid speed, producing quality personnel who truly meet the needs of the industry sector cannot be achieved by the university as a single entity alone. CAMT is committed to creating graduates who possess both strong knowledge and sharp practical skills. Today’s activity is a precious opportunity for us to exchange perspectives from the industry’s direct experience to develop curricula that keep pace with the world and expand collaboration in all dimensions, whether in research or personnel development. I firmly believe that strong cooperation between educational institutions and business partners is the key force that will drive Thailand toward a sustainable Digital Economy.
On this occasion, the College was honored to have Associate Professor Dr. Anawat Wisessiri, Director of the Office of Educational Quality Development, Chiang Mai University, present his vision on the topic “Development Direction of Chiang Mai University Graduates,” emphasizing the alliance between Chiang Mai University and leading companies as an important mechanism for “jointly creating graduates” and developing students’ potential to be complete and maximally efficient, which aligns with Chiang Mai University’s action plan to promote human resource production that responds to the future labor market.
The event also featured a special lecture by Mr. Pongsuk Hiranpruek (Nui Baytai), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Show Rai Keed Company Limited, a key figure in Thailand’s media technology industry, who spoke on the topic “Sustainable Organizational Development in the Digital Era.” He presented the advancement of AI technology to provide a vision for appropriate organizational development.
