Thief Arrested for Seven Counts of Robbery

CityNews – A man from Udon Thani was arrested in Chiang Mai on March 7, charged for seven counts of robbery, following a police investigation.

26-year-old Issaman Prathumket was accused of stealing his employer’s possessions and cash overnight, leading to his arrest on Ratchadamnoen Road.

Trainee Supervisor at Western House Hotel, Chaipat Seenamngen, told police that he saw Issaman stealing 7,200 baht in cash from the money draw at about 4.30am on February 17.

Issaman then disappeared.

on March 7 police were alerted that Issaman would be applying for a job at the Villa Duang Champa Hotel, so police waited for his interview to arrest him.

Issaman confessed to his crime and told police he had dont a similar robbery seven other times. The first time was at Western House hotel, followed by the Royal Guest House, V-twin condominium, ZAK Residence, Mac book, B2, and We Valley Boutique hotel.

Police have taken him to reenact the scene before prosecuting him.
