CityNews – The Upper Northern Thailand Area 1 (Chiang Mai, Mae Hong Son, Lampang and Lamphun) will host a seminar on border trading on Friday, 24th January at 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the Chiang Mai Grand View Hotel.
