Governor Charoenrit Sanguansat visited the new Ban Gong Hae field hospital in Pong Yang sub district this morning before it opens later today to house the newest cluster of children and teachers found to test positive in the village.
Any public and at risk places in the area have been ordered shut for the next fortnight to mitigate the spreading of the virus.
The school building will be used to house the young children and their teachers and has been fully equipped with all necessities, medical equipment and creature comfort especially set up for the many kindergarted children who have tested positive.
The governor asked all villagers to refrain from leaving the area and the public to refrain from visiting.
