There has been a new outbreak of the Covid-19 virus at Samut Sakhon province and Chiang Mai has sent a team of medical professionals in support.

The Chiang Mai public health office has organised a team of ‘volunteer medical warriors’ down to the province.

The team will be working with business owners and their employees to help with interviewing people to find groups which are at risk and support the contact tracing efforts.

The first team was dispatched on the 8th of February and a second team joined them yesterday.

The team of eight visited the Three Kings Monument for blessings before they headed out of Chiang Mai.
