The set menu offers a choice of three starters, three main courses and three desserts; highlights include the pan fried foie gras with apricot compote and port sauce, gratin duck leg confit with truffle roasted potato and cranberry sauce, and orange crépes with vanilla ice cream, while the a la carte menu’s stellar dish is the roasted Australian rack of lamb in herbs de Provence with rolled crépes stuffed with mushroom, artichoke, lentils and garlic lamb jus.
