Jardin d’été is quite special. Only recently opened in the grounds of Suan Pak near the airport, Jardin d’été is owned by a cute couple Jane and Don, who met each other while studying at Le Cordon Bleu London. With such a distinguished diploma under their belts, the couple moved back to Chiang Mai and opened up their very own European style cafe, with cakes and drinks inspired by their time in the UK. Try their authentic apple crumble for a true British pudding, or tuck into a cr?me brulee made with real vanilla pods. The pair have even graduated from the University of Gelato in Italy — so expect the real deal when it comes to their creamy homemade Gelato ice cream at just 65 baht a scoop. Some favourite flavours are the dark chocolate, hazelnut and forest berry. Wash it all down with a pink lemonade (made with their home grown lemons), or a hazelnut mocha for those wanting a delicious caffeine burst.
