Here you can learn about authentic Thai recipes and also pick up all the tricks and tips on how to cook your favourite dishes. With 8-10 years experience of Thai culinary teaching, Aor, Noi, and Por are all fluent in English and of course pretty good at cooking up a storm. You won’t just learn how to cook but you’ll learn about the history of each dish and you might just leave your class a bit of a Lanna food historian.
