“ทางเราได้เลือกเมนูใหม่ Golden Grasshopper ซึ่งยังไม่ได้วางขายที่ร้าน เดิมทีเป็นชื่อของ Classic ค๊อกเทล ที่มีชื่อว่า Grasshopper มีต้นกำเนิดอยู่ที่อเมริกาครับ การเพิ่มคำว่า Golden นั้นก็เพื่อเสริมความหรูหรา แปลกใหม่ลงไป พร้อมคงกลิ่นอายดั้งเดิมไว้ ในสไตล์ non-alcoholic cocktail พวกเราทำเมนูนี้ให้เหมาะกับ Spoon&Fork เพราะว่าฉบับนี้เป็นฉบับพิเศษ จึงอยากให้ Golden Grasshopper เข้าไปอยู่ใน Hall of Fame ในเล่มนี้ครับ”
