Alexa Hostel’s Nimman Social has fast become one of the area’s most popular hang- and meet-up venues. The hostel is aesthetically pleasing and very competitively priced for its prime location, with rooms and dorms available starting in the hundreds of baht. But the main buzz for we locals is its open-planned and breezy social area downstairs where you can plug your device into just about any nook and corner and get to work, play a game of table football to get some circulation back during a break, order a steaming cup of coffee and relax in the quiet stone garden at the back, indulge in inexpensive all day dining, or hang out into the night with a chilled draft beer or a cocktail watching the world go by in the street side beer garden.
Live music and DJs are constantly on rotation to entertain near-nightly, and the vibe is always one of casual fun. This is a great place in Nimman to meet up with friends or even to have casual business chat with a client and the staff are all lovely.
