Opening of ‘IHG Earth Week’ at Holiday Inn

The General Manager Barry Pitman opened the ‘IHG Earth Week’ celebrations at Holiday Inn Chiang Mai.  The GM explained to his staff the origins of Earth Week and how they can contribute as a hotel to a cleaner better planet (including lowering the carbon footprint). After cutting the special Earth Week Cake, the staff went around the Nong Hoi area of Chiang Mai on a neighborhood  clean up. Other activities during the week include a Green Food Good Taste on Thursday 19 April starting at 10am, also a recycled material fashion show on Friday 20 April at 2pm.
