CityNews – The Pinkanakorn Development Agency opened the “Asia Golf Tourism Convention (AGTC) 2016” in that Chiang Mai International Exhibition and Convention Centre on April 25.
Dr. Sarawut Srisakul, Director of Pingkanakorn Develpoment agency and Puttipong Sirimat, Deputy governor of Chiang Mai and Mr. Peter Walton, chief executive of IAGTO were guests of honour at the opening ceremony at Chiang Mai International Exhibition and Convention Centre on April 25th, hosted by the Pinkanakorn Development Agency.
Before the 2016 event, Indonesia held the event for the last two years. It hopes to promote tourism in Chiang Mai and stimulate the economy.
The AGTC 2016 event invited customers and salespersons of golf and golf related businesses to meet over April 25 – 26 at the Chiang Mai International Exhibition and Convention Centre and to the Post Tour Tam Trip for people to visit and test the quality of Chiang Mai’s many golf clubs.
