CityNews – Lampang municipality is teaming up with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) to give away 100 free horse carriage rides for free over the New Year period.
The municipality and TAT invite both Thai and foreign tourists to travel to Lampang and enjoy the multitude of New Year activities starting from December 31st.
The free horse carriage rides are limited to 100 rides for up to four people a time. 280 of these rides are reserved for tourists to the province with the remaining 120 for Lampang local tourists.
Each tourist that gets a free ride will also be give a free TAT t-shirt. They also invite visitors to join in with eating a wide range of local food at the Kad Mua Kua Lang Market, and visiting the Fram Ville Chick and Chic at the Clock Tower Intersection.
