Monoceros Resort
This petite, but charmingly lush and green resort is nestled in the foothills of Mae Rim. With only ten bungalows dotted amongst the trees, they also have an open aired restaurant, looking out into the surrounding nature serving up a great variety of cuisines from Thai to Chinese, Western to Isaan. In fact, the Isaan dishes are a reason unto their own to make your way to Monoceros as the recipes are authentic and bursting with flavour.
The resort has its own vegetable patch and herb garden which supplies the kitchen with the freshest of produce. Come with your family and dig into a feast of spicy minced duck salad, hot and spicy grilled pork salad, various som tums, khao soy, phad thai, red and green curries and even fish and chips! Leave room for their blueberry cheesecake and wash it all down with some fresh fruit juices or a piping hot freshly brewed Arabica.
