Crêpes Chiang Mai
Proper French style crepes which are both original and authentic are served with both traditional as well as creative fillings. This warm café is located in a welcoming guest house, serving various crepes both sweet and savoury such as sugar crepes cinnamon, a light and tender crepes with sweet fillings. For a little more sweetness, try the honey crepe served with banana and honey. If you feel like a full energetic breakfast then try this Crazy Cheese, a textured crepe served with ham, cheese and eggs cooked with three difference cheeses including fresh mozzarella, emmental and gruyere. Very veggie is available for all vegetarian and all the savoury crepes are served with salads and the sweet crepes go perfectly with a freshly brewed cup of aromatic coffee.
