Ramrimna Private Pool Villas & Organic Farm is a luxury resort and rustically casual restaurant set in the charming foothills of Mae Rim. Their expansive grounds are filled with orchards of organic produce, handpicked to be used in the health-conscious kitchen.
The torch ginger salad is a menu highlight at Anna Farm &Eatery, using the torch ginger that grows naturally by the stream, served with homemade dressings along with peanuts, chili, shallots. For noodles lovers, the pad mee, or fried rice noodles, with organic flowers is divine as it is bursting with flavour while being oh so pretty to look at. Various Thai dishes have been interetingly fused with international flavours or ingredients such as the lamb shank massaman curry, stir-fried spaghetti with salted fish or the stir-fried spaghetti with Chiang Mai sausage.
This is a place to come to unwind, while away a few hours, take a walk, enjoy the delicious food coming out of the kitchen…and take lots of Instagram pictures!
