เมนูแนะนำได้แก่ ยำถั่วพูทะเลกับไข่ออนเซ็น ยำโบราณของไทยที่มีรสชาติกลมกล่อมเข้มข้น และมีการตกแต่งจานสวยงาม ถัดมาเป็น แกงฮังเลซี่โครงเนื้อโคขุนขุน ซึ่งร้านมิกซ์จะเลือกใช้เนื้อKU จากมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรกำแพงแสน มาเคี่ยวนางถึง 5 ชั่วโมงจนได้เนื้อนุ่มลิ้นแทบละลายในปาก นอกจากนี้ยังมีเมนูเก่าแก่ที่ใช้วัตถุดิบเป็นผักพื้นบ้านภาคใต้อย่าง ยำใบบัวบกกับกุ้งแม่น้ำเผา และน้ำพริกไข่ปู ตบท้ายด้วยของหวานอลังการตาอย่างเค้กอลาสก้าไส้มิกซ์เบอร์รี่ซอเบย์ รับประทานพร้อมเครื่องดื่มพิเศษ ที่อบอวลไปด้วยกลิ่นหอมของกุหลาบอย่าง Raspberry Rose Sparkle หรือจะเป็นเครื่องดื่มเพิ่มความสดชื่นจากแตงกวาอย่าง Cucumber & Rosemarry Gin Tonic
Mix Restaurant, born on Nimmanhaemin, is now an international brand, with branches all over South East Asia. Mix has also received Thailand Tatler’s Best Restaurant award for the sixth year running, for its impressive menu of Thai, international and fusion dishes. Mix has also received the Best of Thailand Award (Thailand top 10 Restaurants) from Tourism Authority of Thailand, and the latest is an award from Myanmore.com for its Yangon branch. Today Mix has nine branches in total with many branches in town including the Nimman, Promenada, North Hill Golf Club branches, each offering the same quality cuisine, but with unique and different settings and ambiance. One of our favourite dishes at Mix is the full-flavoured princess bean in coconut sauce salad served with slow cooked egg, a hearty dish which arrives pretty as a picture. For those with an appetite, make sure you order the slow braised premium beef spare ribs in hung-le curry which takes five hours of simmering to cook and falls off the bone. End the meal with a mixed berry baked Alaska that combines raspberry rose sparkle or cucumber and rosemary gin tonic as your alternative choices.
