Main Dish: Torch Ginger Salad by Anna Farm & Eatery (ENG)

This lovely farm set on a hillock overlooking paddy fields serves up an assortment of unique and healthy dishes. Surrounded by nature, this is a lovely spot for lunch or to while away a few casual hours with some great dishes. Their signature dish is the torch ginger salad, using the torch ginger grown on the farm which is full of great health properties, especially for the digestive system.

อันนา ฟาร์มแอนด์อีทเทอรี่ ร้านอาหารเพื่อสุุขภาพแห่งนี้ ตั้งอยู่บนเนินเขาขนาดเล็กในย่านแม่ริม ห่างจากแม่ริมพลาซ่าเพียง 5 นาที แวดล้อมไปด้วยภูเขาต้นไม้ใหญ่ที่สามารถมองเห็นทิวทัศน์ไปได้สุดลูกตา ความอุดมสมบูรณ์ของพื้นดินที่มีอยู่ดั้งเดิมแห่งนี้ เป็นแหล่งต้นน้ำของการทำเกษตรอินทรีย์ ทำให้บรรดาดอกไม้และพืชผักบางชนิดงอกเงยขึ้นเองตามลำธารน้ำธรรมชาติ  พืชผักบางส่วนกลายเป็นวัตถุดิบสวนครัวที่ปราศจากสารเคมีเพาะปลูก สามารถเก็บเกี่ยว และนำมาปรุงอาหารตามฤดูกาลได้

Rimm Phi Romm Thai Restaurant is the newest venture of Chef Rewat Srilachai of the popular Steak of the Day Restaurant. In honour of HM the King, during this month of mourning, Rimm Phi Romm will be featuring a menu of dishes in His honour; coloured yellow, white and black.
