And that is what makes Nuan Bakery who we are…our journey will continue for many years to come,” said Nuanjan Luechoowong, owner of Nuan Bakery which has been baking aromatic goodies for Thailand’s baked goods fans for 31 years.

Fifty years ago, on the 12th of August 1967, which was HM Queen Sirikit’s birthday, a group of women journalists published a cook book, This cookbook has become a classic read for gastronomes today. When it was first published, the proceeds from book sales went towards the queen’s foundation and the book became a bestseller of its day.
