The six course Chef’s Tasting Menu 2022 starts off with an amuse bouche bruschetta duo of truffle and cream goat cheese and anchovy and cream goat cheese.
Once the appetite has been whet, warm up with a mush room ravioli soup, intriguingly in, khao soy soup.
A refreshing salad of spicy avocado lightly tosse in sweet and sour chili vinaigrette is tops with the fascinatingly sounding potato hay.
A palate cleanser of mango and passion fruit sorbet makes way for the main dish, the veal Angus beef served with whipped potato, roasted vegetables and sweet wine jus. Save some room for the pan grilled sea bass erred with green peas and tomato confit with yuzu sauce.
End the meal on a sweet note with the poached pear with vanilla ice cream.
