CityNews – Illegal processed wood valued over a hundred thousand baht was seized in Hot.
On February 28th, police, forestry officer and local authorities seized 278 processed planks of wood which was found near the Pha Phoeng Cliff in Huay Mae Hod, Hot District. The arrest was carried out after there was a report of illegal logging in the area. The wood is processed from iron wood, padauk wood and lung wood valued total 106,700 baht. Police will be investigating for the suspect.
