CityNews – An Alpha Jet plane has been sent in aid of combatting hail storms and smog in Chiang Mai, Lamphun and Chiang Rai.
The Royal Rain Unit has sent the Alpha Jet plane CASA targeting Phrao and Mae Chaem in Chiang Mai, Mae Suai, Muang and Mae Chan in Chiang Rai, and Li District in Lamphun. The plane is tasked to relieve the haze while also disrupt the hail in these areas.
