CityNews – A foetus was found in a garbage bin near a condo in Suthep.
On March 3rd, a foetus was found in a garbage bin near a condo on Canal Road in Suthep. Medical staff have identified the foetus as a girl, about five to six months old. She was found by a housekeeper at the condo. Police are now investigating further to find the mother.
