AGW Spring Festival 2019
Advocates for Global Welfare (AGW) is a student-led organization from Prem Tinsulanonda International School (Prem) who work to benefit the community and address the issues the world faces today. This year we are helping Freedom Story which is an organization based in Chiang Rai that provides scholarships to at-risk Thai students to stay in school in order to pursue their dreams and break the cycle of poverty and exploitation. Advocates for Global Welfare is getting ready for their biggest event of the year, the AGW Spring Festival at Prem
Tinsulanonda International School. The Spring Festival will be on Saturday the 4th of May, from 2 pm to 7 pm and tickets will be 60 baht for adults and 40 baht for children under 15.
This event will have food trucks selling exquisite foods and beverages including burgers, Mexican and bubble tea. A variety of fun activities will occur throughout the day such as booths, arcade games, bouncy castle, bumper cars and talented performance by our students at Prem. The main event of the festival will be the raffle at the end of the day with incredible prices, sponsored by Le Meridien, The Four Seasons, Anantara, Shangri La, Ayu Center, Summit Green Valley Golf course, Chiang Dao Nest, SF Cinema, Maetang Elephant Park, Chiang Mai Ram, Pizza Company. We would like to thank them all and express our gratefulness as well as support for this noble cause. The raffle ticket prices have been set at 40 baht due to the amazing prizes on offer including a 2-night stay in a Deluxe Room at Le Meridien including breakfast, worth around 20,000 baht!
