Remembrance Day at the Chiang Mai Foreign Cemetery, marking the centennial anniversary of World War One. Approximately 300 people (a record number) attended the event, many of the Consular Corps, veterans and schools were also well represented this year. Father Iain Baxter from All Saints Chiang Mai and Trevor Dobson Chairman of Royal British Legion Sub-Branch led the non-denominational service.  The British Honorary Consul Ben Svasti Thomson had organized cut outs of soldiers to be place around the cemetery and across Muang Chiang Mai with the support of Chiang Mai University and the Chiang Mai Municipality, along with many sponsors. Following the service; refreshments at the Chiang Mai Gymkhana Club were laid on courtesy of the British Embassy.
