137 Pillars House Hotel held the Asian Organic Festival this weekend, starting off with a farm to table experience at a Royal Project and Monkey Farm served by Chef Black from Blackitch, followed by a blind gourmet dinner on Friday night, a Saturday of wellness and an incredible feast on Saturday night. Chefs Bo and Dylan, of Bo.lan, ranked Asia’s 19th Best Restaurant, created an extraordinary organic dining experience of northern and Thai dishes, accompanied by Wine Gallery’s best.
