Opening of F45 Fitness Centre at the Pavillion in the Night Bazaar (same building at Dukes Restaurant). F45 originating from Australia combines elements of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIT), Circuit Training and Functional Training. The fusion of these three training concepts has lead to the development of 31 different, 45 minute workout experiences, with more in development by our F45 Athletics Department. F45 Chiang Mai is the first of its kind in northern Thailand, there is one in Bangkok along with others in Singapore, U.S.A. and of course Australia. F45 Chiang Mai is open 7am until 8pm Monday – Friday, and morning only on Saturday and Sunday. Membership is 3000thb per month unlimited membership/unlimited classes.
