Deputy Governor of Chiang Mai Prajuab Kantiya opened the Northern Lanna Long Stay Seminar at Empress Convention Center. Seminar to support long stay tourism in The Upper Northern Provincial Cluster 1 (Chiang Mai, Mae Hong Son, Lamphun and Lampang).
