Music Pitch at Thapae East – Venue for Creative Arts. Music Pitch “Where words fail music speaks’.   The concert featured The North Gate Brass Band, Keetatarn Youth Band and The Khlong Toey Music Sharing Band. Later in the evening there was Burgundy Band and a Jazz Jam session. The Music Pitch is opening a music education space for orphans and other disadvantaged children. This project was created by a group of friends and volunteer musicians in Chiang Mai who believe that all children need safe and welcoming spaces. They want to create an opportunity for children like these who want to study music, and who dream of experiencing the magic of music, like other children who have all normal advantages. ‘The Music Pitch’ therefore held an event at Thapae East, together with Kru Bella Intaranan, founder of ‘Kitatarn Mudhouse’ and children’s rights network Music Sharing Khlong Toey, which have long worked on children’s education.
