Ayara Thai Los Angeles at Mongkorn-Fah

Pop up lunch by Vanda Asapahu owner and chef of Ayara Thai Los Angeles at Mongkorn-Fah restaurant (at PTT petrol station Chiang Mai Airport).
The lunch, arranged by Tourism Authority of Thailand Los Angeles Office, sourced local seasonal ingredients to create dishes that are true to the flavours of Vanda’s Thai heritage but with inspirations that include her Los Angeles upbringings. Dished included salmon and cream cheese cones,  northern larb buns, hanglay curry + roti, Thai-La fried rice and chicken n,waffle.
