American Independence Day Reception

The U.S. Consul General Michael G. Heath and Mrs Michelle Heath held a reception at the U.S. Consulate General Chiang Mai in celebration of the 239th Anniversary of the Independence of the United States of America. Guest of honour were the Governor of Chiang Mai Suriya Prasartbandit and U.S. Charge d’affaires W. Patrick Murphy. The event theme was ‘A Celebration of Route 66’ to celebrate the Consulate’s 66th year in Chiang Mai and the 66th Anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumipol’s coronation as King of Thailand in the coming year.
