CityNews – A man who was caught on CCTV stealing shoes has been arrested.
Following a report by Wat Pra That Doi Suthep earlier this week on a man caught on CCTV stealing expensive shoes at the temple, police has tracked down the suspect from his vehicle registration, a big bike which was used to flee from the scene. The suspect has been identified as Peerapat Kerdwichai, 24, and was found on Chang Klan Road on August 22nd. He admitted to the crime.
