CityNews – Two youths were arrested on April 23 in connection to a series of motorbike thefts dating back to February this year.
17-year-old Jommeung Lingpan and Rangsan (last name withheld) were arrested after a police investigation into the theft of a bike on Samlarn Road on April 17.
Police were already in possession of a warrant for their arrests in connection with a stolen Honda MSX near Papao temple on 20 February 2017 and a robbery of a bike parts shop.
Upon arrested the two also admitted to two other bike thefts between February and April 2017.
