CityNews — The transfer of visa renewal services to the Promenada Restort Mall has not been without criticism. One major complaint from foreigners attempting to go through the immigration process to renew their visas is that the online queue system has been disabled, a feature that many foreigners spending time in Chiang Mai felt was a convenient method to reserve a time slot.
