A video published by Nopporat Chareounpon on his Facebook account showed an ambulance struggling to navigate a muddy road while on duty to deliver a patient to the hospital. The video was shot on the road to Ban Bai Na School in Ban Na Kian, Om Koi District. Authorities are urged to look into the matter.
