CityNews – Doi Suthep-Pui National Park has closed the Mae Sa Waterfall in Mae Rim temporarily for safety reasons after two days of heavy rain.

Due to heavy rain over the last few days in Chiang Mai, the flow of water along rivers and streams has increased, causing waterfalls to become dangerous for tourists and visitors, forcing authorities to close the waterfalls until the water levels recede and flow become safe.
The Waterfall will be closed until further notice, most likely after the recent heavy rain has passed.
