CityNews – Yesterday morning, March 29th, the Pinkanakorn Development Agency (Public Organization) together with the Commander General of the 33rd Military Circle, and Department of Health, introduced a cycling event in honour of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn’s 60th birthday on April 2nd at the Chiang Mai International Convention and Exhibition Center.
The event provided a chance for residents to express loyalty to Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.
The event also encouraged residents to cycle in order to be healthy and help create harmony among local residents.
Around 3,000 residents, led by the military and doctors, cycled from the Chiang Mai International Convention and Exhibition Center to Chiang Mai Night Safari and back, a journey of about 30 kilometres.
