CityNews – Last month, March 26th, CityNews published a plea for financial help for a baby boy, Patra Tanongsap, who suffered from an autoimmune disorder called myasthenia gravis.
This rare disorder was severe, but with financial help the family was hopeful. A few days after the publication of this news CityNews received word from Dschungelkind, a German foundation, wishing to send financial aid. We tried to call the father a few times over the holidays but he said that he wanted to wait for the doctor to get back to us with details. After repeated attempts to help by Dschungelkind, we finally heard back from the father today that Patra had passed away last week.
