CityNews – It has been announced that the front entrance to CMU will be closed from 4.30pm today so a mourning ceremony to the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej can take place.
The entrance will be closed for the evening until the event is over and the road is cleared. They also have announced that the road leading from the rugby pitch to Angkaew Reservoir will also be closed for the event.
Please note that traffic in the area will be heavy as the only other main entrance to Chiang Mai University is on Suthep Road, where roadworks have closed one half of the road at the Donpayom Junction.
