A Korean restaurant that is filled with Koreans is always a good sign. Adding to their menu this month is a revamp that brings a lot more traditional flavours to their menu. Apart from their signature Korean style Chinese food, a Korean adaptation of many Chinese dishes which have been absorbed into Korean cuisine over the centuries, such as Youringi and Mapaduboo, there is a range of traditional Korean dishes such as the made to order Samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup) and Sogogi Bokum, a stir fried beef and veg dish. This month they are introducing Naengmyeon — wet or dry — ice cold buckwheat noodle dish, served with beef slices, a fruity sauce and a beef soup. All absolutely lip-smacking.
