The restaurant serves multiple cuisines from Thai to fusion, Lanna to international. Surrounded by the echoes of history, start off your river side meal with a Rama V era spicy pomelo salad with soft shelled crab, infused with heady herbs. The chicken drumstick khao soy is a local classic though the stewing of the chicken follows classical French cooking techniques. For some real punchy flavours, order the tikka Norwegian salmon, marinated with five Indian spices and served with a South American lentil salsa with locally made yoghurt – how’s that for international? Next try the new twist on our classical Northern Thai hung-le curry, but with pork served English roast style! If you simply wish to stop by for an afternoon tea, they offer a Fusion High Tea or stay on and take in the views and a glass of chilled wine at the Rooftop Wine Bar.
