จากห้องครัวเบเกอรี่เล็กๆภายในบ้าน สู่โรงงานทำขนมที่ได้รับมาตรฐานการผลิตอาหาร (หรือ GMP) Praew Factory ชื่อนี้มีมานานกว่า 7 ปี หลายคนอาจคุ้นเคยกับแบรนด์ขนมเค้กนี้มาบ้างแล้ว เพราะเป็นเบเกอรี่ที่จำหน่ายบนห้างสรรพสินค้าชั้นนำ และตามร้านคาเฟ่ชื่อดังทั่วเชียงใหม่
เมื่อเริ่มต้นศักราชใหม่ปี พ.ศ. 2560 Praew Factory ได้เปิดตัวร้านคาเฟ่หน้าโรงงาน เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้คนรักขนมหวานเข้ามาเลือกซื้อเค้กนานาชนิดที่สดใหม่ และหอมกรุ่นจากเตา เริ่มด้วยนิวยอร์คชีสเค้ก ชีสเค้กเนื้อเข้มข้นหอมมัน เสิร์ฟคู่กับซอสบลูเบอร์รี่ ต่อด้วยเค้กสัญชาติฝรั่งเศสอย่าง เค้กโอเปร่า สัมผัสเนื้อเค้กอัลมอนด์ในน้ำเชื่อมกาแฟสูตรเข้มข้น และมาเติมเต็มสีสันรสชาติเป็น ทิรามิสุ เค้กเนื้อเบาหอมละมุน ตบท้ายด้วยเค้กชาเขียวถั่วแดง ที่ให้รสชาติหวานหอมในสไตล์ขนมญี่ปุ่น
นอกจากนี้ยังมีบริการกาแฟรสเข้มข้น อาทิ มัค คาปูชิโน่ หรือจะเป็น เชคการาโต เครื่องดื่มเอสเพรสโซ่เย็นที่ผ่านการเชคกับน้ำแข็งจนเกิดฟองนุ่มละเอียดน่ารับประทาน รวมไปถึงบอน บอน กาแฟเอสเพรสโซ่กับนมเข้นหวาน และคอน พันน่า กาแฟเอสเพรสโซ่ใส่วิปครีม โรยหน้าด้วยผงโกโก้ และที่ไม่เหมือนใครที่นี่มีน้ำอัดลมนำเข้าจำหน่ายในร้านมากมาย เพราะเจ้าของร้านเป็นกูรูด้านน้ำอัดลมโดยเฉพาะ
Starting life as a humble baking factory over seven years ago, Praew Factory has grown and developed into the city-wide popular bakery filling up shelves of many department stores, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all over the city and beyond.
Since the New Year, Praew Factory has opened a coffee shop where customers can try their sought-after baked goods fresh from the oven. One of their specialties is the New York cheesecake, a full-flavoured creamy cheesecake served with blueberry sauce. Or try a slice of French cake, the opera gateau, an almond cake with coffee syrup. Another stellar choice is the green tea red bean cake, a Japanese style dessert.
The shop also offers coffee, including the popular cappuccino or the more unusual shakerato, an espresso drink shaken with ice to create soft bubbles. They also have a coffee drink they’ve called Bon Bon, espresso mixed with sweetened condensed milk and garnished with cocoa. Now that it is summer, you can also enjoy the greatest selection of local and imported sodas in the north of Thailand here, as the owner is a soda fanatic!
