หอมไกล ร้านคาเฟ่รูปแบบ coffee food ในพื้นที่เดียวกับ Hillkoff Learning Space มีความโดดเด่นวิธีการจับคู่กลิ่นของกาแฟและวัตถุดิบในท้องถิ่น มารังสรรค์เป็นเมนูจานเด็ดที่มีรสชาติลงตัวและแปลกใหม่ ภายใต้คอนเซ็ปท์ ‘เพียงแค่ได้กลิ่นหอมก็รู้สึกอยากรับประทานขึ้นมาทันใด’ เปิดประสบการณ์ทางอาหารรูปแบบ aroma mixologist ในสูตรลับเฉพาะของร้านที่ไม่เคยปรุงที่ใดมาก่อน
เริ่มต้นด้วยเมนูซิกเนเจอร์อย่างสเต็กหมูเอสเปรสโซ่ เนื้อหมูย่างสุกโรยหน้าด้วยผงกาแฟเอสเปรสโซ่ ถัดมาเป็น ไข่แม่น้ำ ความพิเศษของเมนูดังกล่าวอยู่ที่การใช้ความร้อนจากหิน มาช่วยทอดไข่เจียวผสมผงกาแฟจนสุกหอมบนกระทะ ตามด้วยเมนูที่ใช้เครื่องต้มยำมาเป็นส่วนผสมอย่างสปาเก็ตตี้ต้มยำ และ ยำป้าปั๋น ยำผักกับผลไม้คลุกเคล้าในน้ำซอสต้มยำสูตรพิเศษ ปิดท้ายมื้อด้วยหมี่หอมไกล เส้นหมี่เนื้อนุ่มในน้ำซอสกล้วยตากผสมปลาร้า
นอกจากเมนูอาหารและเครื่องดื่มแล้ว ยังมีเค้กเบเกอรี่มาให้ชิมตบท้ายมื้อ ตลอดจนถึงยังมีผลิตภัณฑ์ชา-กาแฟสำเร็จรูป และขนมของหวานหลากหลายหน้าตาในแบรนด์ Hillkoff ที่ลูกค้าสามารถเลือกซื้อกลับไปรับประทานต่อหรือเป็นของฝากได้อีกด้วย
Hom Glai located in the same area as Hillkoff Learning Space, is totally unique and caters to our city’s growing coffee lovers. Their concept is to serve great food, but with the infusion of coffee and tea aromas! It’s the coffee food café!
You can order an espresso pork steak, Hom Glai’s signature dish, which sees tender grilled pork sprinkled with espresso, or the egg lava mixed with coffee powder which uses heat transfer from a heated stone. For something spicier, try their tom yum spaghetti, which is infused with Hillkoff’s signature tom yum tea aromas. If you dare, then go super bold and try the Hom Glai noodles mixed with a special sauce of pickled fish and Hillkoff’s special dried banana sauce. The restaurant also serves bakery and dessert products by Hillkoff that you can buy to take home. Basically browse around the shop, eat, drink and get to take away some super special products.
